Yoga asana is one of my favorite creative movement practices. Pensacola Beach is one of my favorite places to spend time immersed in nature.
When I am sitting on the beach listening to the waves with eyes closed, breathing the salty air, I could not be happier. I feel grounded. I feel connected to Mother Earth. I feel like myself. I remember that I learned to swim on the Sound side. I remember the countless steps I’ve taken on this white sand. I remember the countless sunsets I’ve appreciated here.

When the bridge is fixed here in ‘ole Pensacola, Florida I will be inviting folks to join me to practice Yoga on Pensacola Beach. If you don’t know what I mean by the bridge, it’s ok.
