A Break in Winter
Happy “new year” all, I hope you’re well.
How is your Winter so far?
I have been enjoying time off of hosting events since my last retreat and my schedule has been a little fuller with private sessions instead. I enjoy working one on one and in groups with folks very much. If you need an exceedingly gentle yoga session, sound bath, or pranic healing let me know!
My next event for Mud Lotus Arts isn’t until Spring!! The ACTUAL new year, lol.
The first event of the year is The Welcoming Spring Retreat. I am super excited to be hosting my very first camping retreat. I’ve hosted two other retreats but this one is new.
I am most excited about the FOOD!
You see the whole event is catered by Earth Farm 9. Earth Farm 9 is an off grid capable homestead and vegan farm created by Randy and Dana. They are totally awesome people and excellent plant based chefs as well!
10 guests are invited to gather with us on their property to commune with nature, relax and reset. It’s going to be a beautiful weekend.
The reason ten guests are invited instead of more is that Earth Farm 9 has 10 pairs of bluetooth headsets to listen to a very special mediation series.
