Benefits of Practicing Yoga Virtually:

~Practice in the comfort of your own home

~Save resources by skipping a commute to a studio

~Give yourself a beautiful excuse to make a cozy, yoga/movement/play/self care, space in your home (which in itself can be quite radical)

~Practice with friends far and wide!

~E-meet people’s pets! (Perhaps one of my favorite parts of virtual yoga)
