allows you to tap into your deeper wiser self, something that is so helpful in the fast-paced, changing world we live in. Weather you’re practicing in a group or by yourself, if you are present in your practice, you are receiving benefits.

You’re invited to join a gentle yoga session, virtually, each Wednesday morning. Practicing yoga virtually in your cozy space allows you to skip a commute and save resources once a week. Join us for gentle virtual yoga!

This class helps you gently stretch and align your body and cultivate a practice of gratitude.

Suitable for beginners and advanced practitioners looking for a gentler practice.

Different themes are presented each week.

This practice can be supported by props, so feel free to bring along blankets, pillows, couch cushions (OR official yoga props like bolsters and blocks ;).
