Join us for this virtually guided yoga practice that helps you to gently awaken your body, mind and spirit. Cultivate a practice from home that gently increases gratitude, flexibility and knowledge of self.
Pixels of Peace, held online via zoom, is open level and beginners are welcome. Please bring a mat (or towel) and any props you may have to support your practice (bolsters, blocks, blankets, towels, pillows, oils, crystals, journal etc.). Different themes are presented each week.
