Spend Time Outdoors.
Spending time outdoors is so nourishing. During Springtime I find I want to spend even more time outdoors getting the vital oxygen my system craves. When I take a short walk with a friend (or the dog, sweet Gabie Babie) I instantly feel so much better. I am better able to let the yucky vibes of the day fade away.
I hope you find yourself in a place where you have access to outdoor space to roam around in. It can be anywhere you want. Get out there for a little bit of extra time this week and see if there are any subtle details you can appreciate.
Bonus Points if you spend some time outdoors with others.
