Wednesday’s Gentle Yoga class is held via zoom from 9:30 - 10:30 AM (CT), led by Brennah. This class helps you gently wake up your body and cultivate a practice of gratitude. Different themes are presented each week.
The practice of yoga allows you to tap into your deeper wiser self, something that is so helpful in the fast-paced, changing world we live in. This class is suitable for beginners and folks who have been away from the practice for a while. Advanced practitioners looking for a gentler “reset” practice are also more than welcome. Please bring any props you have to support your practice like blocks, bolsters, blankets, pillows, etc.
I cannot wait to practice together soon!

~E-meet people’s pets! (Perhaps one of my favorite parts of zoom yoga)
After purchasing a class, an email link will be sent for you to log on and join the class via zoom. Yogis will also be sent a waiver that must be filled out before class. Yogis are invited to pay via venmo, or cashapp. If this is not possible or preferred, please reach out here.
