Join certified yoga teacher Brennah D'Layn for a virtual yoga practice that will help you gently awaken your body and cultivate a practice of gratitude. Different themes will be presented each week.
This class is open level and beginners are welcome. Please bring a mat (or towel) and any props you may have to support your practice (bolsters, blocks, blankets, towels, pillows, oils etc.). You are invited to join the class with video but if that does not make you feel comfortable that's ok! Audio-only is certainly fine.
