Waves of Relaxation on Pensacola Beach

Join Brennah D’Layn, Emina Halimovic and Tree Issac as they guide you on a relaxing journey through layers of soothing sounds, healing touch and restorative postures.

This 90 minute self care event will feature a crystal bowl and hand pan sound bath by Tree and Brennah (in addition to the gorgeous sound of ocean waves) creating a symphony of healing vibrations that resonate deep within you.

During each restorative posture you’ll receive hands on reiki and massage from Emina allowing you to melt into deep relaxation. There will also be a guided meditation by Brennah to bring you deeply into the practice.

Join us to relax on the full Hunters moon in October from 4:00 - 5:30 pm on Pensacola Beach. Your presence is warmly welcomed to this safe space for all.
