During this 90 minute experience you will be guided through:
Breathing techniques
Nourishing & supportive restorative yoga postures
Vibrational healing in the form of sound bath (crystal bowls, singing)
Powerful plant allies (essential oils), will be strategically utilized to help bring practitioners into a deep state of relaxation and release.
We will begin by practicing breathwork (pranayama) together and you have the option to set an intention to further amplify your unique practice and weave together body, mind and spirit.
Over our time together we will move through postures very slowly and poses are held for several minutes each.
You’ll leave this special event feeling relaxed and rejuvenated!
