We often hear in yoga and other spiritual spaces about intention setting. Rather than a few words on this at the beginning of a class, drop in with us to explore intention setting for 45 minutes. 

We will discuss why intention setting is powerful, the different types of intentions one can set and different flavors of energies to cultivate in this exploration. 

Guests are invited to stay for restorative yoga directly afterwards and try out some intention setting in their practice.
