Brennah & Tree are going to Earth Farm 9 for a day devoted to meditation, yoga & delicious vegan food! Earth Farm 9 is a ten acre vegan permaculture farm, off grid capable homestead, & retreat center located near Crestview, Florida. They specialize in the cultivation of rare fruit, exotic mushrooms & medicinal herbs.
During this all day self care event Tree, Brennah, Randy & Dana will help to bring you on a journey inward with gentle yoga, delicious food fresh from the garden, two very special meditation experiences & more.
Two brain-harmonizing guided meditation sessions are included. For this you will be given headphones that will broadcast the meditation into your ears. The headphones are important because "Binaural Beats" play a frequency in one of your ears while a slightly different frequency plays in the other. This technology helps the two hemispheres of your brain synchronize as one unit. This synchronization induces peace & calm.
Besides these potent meditation experiences, you’ll also enjoy two delicious vegan meals straight from the garden, a gentle yoga session, a crystal bowl & handpan sound bath, a guided painting session, a farm tour with time & space to ask as many questions as you wish, a forest walk, & gifts!
