Enjoy a nourishing early morning flow curated to wake up the body, mind and spirit and prepare you to float through the rest of your day a more embodied version of yourself. This class will begin with warmups followed by a flow to get the blood moving. The latter half of class will feature floor work and will end with a short meditation. Come experience your yoga practice in community with us (the hardest part is showing up on the mat and you can do it)! Beginners and walk ins are welcome.
