Enjoy a gentle, nourishing flow curated to optimize stress reduction and get you in touch with your deeper, wiser self. This gentle flow class will begin with light warmups followed by a short flow to get the blood moving. The latter half of class will feature floor work and will end with restorative poses and a short meditation. Come experience a peaceful, calming and nourishing yoga practice with us!
