Grounding into a New Year
I find it helpful at the beginning of each year to mark the lunar phases on my calendar. This helps me to feel into my lunar cycle intentions each month instead of the new moons sneaking up on me. If you’ve never tried it before then I encourage you to mark the lunar cycles on your personal calendars. The new moon is the beginning of each lunar cycle and the full moon is the halfway point. At the beginning of each cycle you can set an intention. By the end of the year you can marvel at how much the power of your intention can help move you toward your dreams and goals. Enjoy the process!
