Beach Yoga in October
As the light begins to change and the season of Autumn really takes hold of my heart and mind, I am reflecting on how grateful I am to be able to practice yoga on our beautiful beach. Connecting with nature on a daily basis has been one of the most powerful practices in my life lately. I have found great wisdom and healing when I have allowed myself to be embraced by Mama Nature.
I would love to invite you to practice yoga on the beach with me, two more times this month.*

Practitioners are encouraged to bring a sweater or other cozy coverup as temperatures continue to descend in Autumn. Also, a sheet or blanket can be nice to lay down under the mat (not required, just nice).
